The fund will invest in specific projects by resilient entrepreneurs who have strong past performance and social influence. It’s our goal to provide investment capital as well as intellectual capital and counsel to help drive highly successful projects.
We are currently investing out of our $250k Fund I. We make investments of $10k-$25k in individual projects.
Investment Criteria
- High quality and resilient management team
- At minimum 1-year of past performance and financial statements
- Large market size potential (upside) with strong demand drivers (social influence)
- Ability to add-value to the project
- Investment realization horizon of 2 months to 12 months

If projects meet the investment criteria, entrepreneurs will send a detailed project overview (or powerpoint deck) and the following five items to us via email. Please allow us at least two weeks to get you our thoughts.
- Project Overview
- Total project cost with itemized budget
- Total project capital confirmed/secured thus far and Investment ask from us
- Past performance, including venues and venue owners you’ve worked with
- 1-year of financial statements; or previous income statement of a project similar in scope
